Good product, minor shipping delay

I recently ordered the emmi-dent Platinum White Edition. The toothbrush itself is really impressive; I like that it cleans without mechanical scrubbing. The setup was easy, and it feels high quality. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, around 8 days to reach Texas. Customer service was helpful when I inquired, but it would be nice if they had quicker shipping options. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the value.

Good product, slow support

I ordered the emmi-dent Metallic and it works really well, my teeth feel super clean. Shipping took a week, which was fine. Had a question about registering the warranty though, and it took their customer service almost three days to get back to me. A bit slow there, but overall happy with the toothbrush.

Consistent quality, fast shipping

Got the Ultraschall-Zahncreme Fresh and some M2 Bürstenköpfe again. Just like last time, the order came quick, took about 5 days to get to me in Florida. The products are always reliable, that's why I keep coming back for my refills.

Consistent results, good service

This was my third time ordering from Emmi-dent, I believe. I got the Platinum Carbon Edition this time, as my old Metallic was getting a bit worn out after a few years. Delivery took about a week to get to me in California, which is typical. The brush works just as well as my previous ones did; my teeth feel genuinely cleaner than with regular brushes. I did have a small issue with tracking not updating for a couple of days, but customer service responded quickly to my email. I keep coming back for the consistent quality.

Good product, slow shipping

Ordered the emmi-dent Care and some replacement M2 Bürstenköpfe. Product quality is high. Brushing feels effective. Shipping took a while, around 8 days. Packaging was secure. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.

Reliable ultrasonic toothbrushes

I've bought from Emmi-dent a few times now, mostly for replacement brush heads and the Ultraschall-Zahncreme. This last order for some M4 Bürstenköpfe was just like the others. Shipping took about a week, which is pretty standard for them. The quality is consistent, never had an issue with any product. It's why I keep coming back, even if I wish delivery was a smidge faster sometimes.

Emmi-dent Platinum experience

I purchased the emmi-dent Platinum Carbon Edition a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no confusing steps. It arrived in about 6 days via standard shipping, well-packaged and everything intact. I also got the Ultraschall-Zahncreme Whitening, and I've noticed a difference in how clean my teeth feel compared to my old electric brush. The brush heads (PM2 Bürstenköpfe) are easy to swap out. It's a different brushing experience since there's no actual scrubbing, just holding it in place. Took a little getting used to but it's pretty effective. No need to contact support this time around, so can't speak to that. Overall, a solid purchase and I'm pleased with the product's performance so far.

Love my new toothbrush!

I just received my emmi-dent Platinum White Edition and I am so happy! It feels amazing on my teeth, way better than my old electric brush. I also bought the Ultraschall-Zahncreme Fresh and it makes my mouth feel super clean. Shipping was faster than I thought, only 5 days! I wish the instruction manual was a little clearer, but I figured it out. I'm definitely telling all my friends about this. Can't wait to buy more brush heads!
